Service Description

This class is designed for young people who are ready to take their aerial practice to the next stage. We’ll focus on building strength, technique, and creativity through skills such as beats, dynamics, rolls, and more. Prerequisites: -Confident inverting from a climb -Experience with beat practice -Able to sustain 2 minutes of stamina work on the equipment
