Service Description

Everybody has to start their flexibility journey somewhere so come and start with some extra guidance from an industry professional with years of experience to help you achieve your goals! This class is for complete beginners to intermediates as we will be tailoring the sessions to your own independent needs as we explore different techniques and conditioning drills that you can implement in your own individual flexibility and contortion practice. In this class you can expect: -A gentle warm up to get ready for stretching -A set focus each week of; middle splits, front splits and back bending which will be on rotation -Finishing with 10 minutes of conditioning followed by 5 minutes of cool down to ensure that we help our bodies prevent injury in the long run If you’re new to contortion training and need some advice or more information about whether the class is right for you, don’t hesitate to send us a message to get in touch with our teacher Ellie who will be happy to answer all your questions!
