LEVEL 1+ Designed for complete beginners, this 2-hour session gives you the chance to develop strength, flexibility, coordination, confidence, and technique across a wide range of circus disciplines in one supportive class. It’s perfect for people who want to get stronger, improve flexibility quickly, and build solid foundations in circus training. Across the programme, you’ll explore: - Conditioning and circus-specific strength - Flexibility and mobility - Dance acro and floor movement - Handstands and inversions - Aerial foundations - Partner acro - Manipulation skills This class is ideal for anyone who wants to train seriously, discover what they enjoy, and progress across multiple areas of circus rather than focusing on just one discipline. Whether you’re completely new to movement or looking for an exciting new way to train, Circus Foundations offers an accessible and inspiring place to begin.
