Suitable for Level 1+, this class is perfect for complete beginners as well as children who want to keep developing their basic acro skills in a supportive environment. Young people will learn the fundamentals of acrobatics practice, including shapes, balances, partner work, flexibility, strength, and simple tumbling skills, all taught safely and progressively by experienced coaches.
