PlayLab is a creative development workshop led by Creative Director Hannah Guy, bringing together artists from multiple disciplines to explore the power of collaboration. Open to creatives working in circus, music, dance, theatre, puppetry, writing, and other art forms, PlayLab is a space for experimentation, exchange, and discovery.
The workshop is designed for artists who are interested in stepping outside of their usual ways of working and into a shared process of making. Through guided tasks, creative provocations, discussion, and practical exploration, participants will have the opportunity to connect with artists from different backgrounds, test ideas, and uncover new approaches to performance and creation.
PlayLab encourages cross-disciplinary working as a tool for artistic growth, innovation, and connection. By bringing together a mix of practices, the workshop creates fertile ground for unexpected ideas, new methodologies, and original material to emerge.…
