Aerial Stroop Workshop

Dubbed "the stroop." This is a new and innovative creation from Jen Stones, where we rig the hoop in the strop when it's already suspended in the air. Sounds impossible, right??

We'll go through the theory of how it can be done and then explore how to do this is a more artistic way.

Afterwards, we will spend some time creating movement in the air with the hoop independent from the strop. By the end of the workshop these ideas will be combined together to create a very unique sequence.

Participants are required to invert independently for this workshop.
