Aerial Hoop Lasso Workshop

Throughout this workshop, we'll break down the components to start a spin using a lasso technique. This is a fun and visually stunning aerial movement, combining floor work with aerial work in the strop (spanset) and on the top of the hoop.

This is a rare opportunity to learn how to lasso as the space requires a specific set up. We will rig the hoops low and space them out to allow enough room for artists to freely orbit the hoops around themselves safely.

The workshop will cater to different abilities but aerialists should be able to invert independently.
